theman777
After Update to 5.1.2 i very miss the orders overview of the previous version. When i copy the old "orders_overview.php" to .../modules/widgets/ unfortunately it does not find the graph since the update. Anybody got a fix for that issue? invictus
I agree, the monthly income and orders graphs were more useful, especially monthly income compared to previous year. Not sure if these new graphs can be customized to give the same information as the old ones did.
oempire
yeah i agree the old orders_overview.php. Its actually not as easy as just naming the old file orders_overview_old.php and uploading / allowing it. You need to fix the title part as its clashing, and will cause the roles page to fail loading. Also the chart is generated off a function in the old reports.php which has been removed it seems. so i too had to edit the call to reports.php and change it to reports2.php (uploading an old copy of reports to reports2.php) to the admin directory. Matt can you please bring back. 1. the order summary (comparing to the same period last year) 2. The at a glance pending orders...
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted July 21, 2012 WHMCS CEO Share Posted July 21, 2012 Matt can you please bring back.1. the order summary (comparing to the same period last year) We definately hear you that some of you liked the previous yearly comparison graphs on the homepage. But it hasn't actually gone - you can still access it via Reports > New Customers. 2. The at a glance pending orders... The number of pending orders are already displayed in the header of the Blend admin theme, and sidebar of V4. Matt
oempire
Thanks for the quick reply Matt We definately hear you that some of you liked the previous yearly comparison graphs on the homepage. But it hasn't actually gone - you can still access it via Reports > New Customers. Still i think the old bar graph is much better a displaying, comparing and conveying with a glance. The number of pending orders are already displayed in the header of the Blend admin theme, and sidebar of V4. Matt The quick links panel doesn't show on the home page of v4 (with the pending orders etc) it only shows if you go to a sub page. Also - is blend the new "main" theme moving forward? neobug103
Updates are supposed to add features and make them better, not remove features and graphs
redstar2k
All the old graphs are gone in this new version. graph_staff_ticket_ratings graph_ticket_rating_totals graph_monthly_income graph_monthly_signups and others.. even if I try to access them directly from /admin/reports.php?graph=graph_staff_ticket_ratings they don't display anything.
redstar2k
Just tried to access the img directly /admin/reports.php?displaygraph=graph_staff_ticket_ratings&year=2012 and I got a "Fatal error: Class 'WHMCSGraph' not found in /modules/reports/graph_staff_ticket_ratings.php on line 18". Also all the graph_...php are missing from the downloaded whmcs distribution which leads me to the conclusion that they were all just removed. Which sucks.. why remove such a feature?
