André Freitas
You need to refresh the session in WHMCS.
zelatech
having the same issue with tickets, this is really annoying!
iambleaching
Yes. I am experiencing the same thing. Imagine, you typed a very long and carefully crafted reply to your customer. When you hit the send button, this error appear. You refresh the page and hope that it will go through. But it won't. In the end, you have to retype everything again. How frustrating is that?
Kevin K
I am having the same issue as well. Very annoying to say the least. This needs to be fixed...
zelatech
same issue here, this is wasting me lot of time!!
invictus
I am having this issue also after updating to 5.1.2 - seems the best thing to do is copy anything you are changing to a text file before submitting it, so that if you get this error you don't lose your work. Log in again and re-submit the change and it should work eventually.

epretorious
You need to refresh the session in WHMCS. How, exactly, does one refresh the session in WHMCS? Has anyone verified this suggestion? Eric Pretorious Truckee, CA Edited March 18, 2013 by epretorious Added Question #2
cgwh
I am having the same problem. WHMCS say its a Server problem. My host provider say its a WHMCS problem. Can not get a answer. Just keep getting passed backwards and forwards. How, exactly, does one refresh the session in WHMCS in Plesk 11?
dgbaker
Can tell you right now it is a WHMCS issue. We have seen a few installs on different servers having this issue and a simple look through these forums should say it is a WHMCS issue as there cannot be that many servers that are incorrect. Guess time to look for a better billing system maybe?
epretorious
I just upgraded to the latest version and when trying to respond to clients tickets, I keep getting an error "Invalid Token" Any idea how to fix this ? FWIW: The error mysteriously disappeared without making any configuration changes in WHMCS (version 5.2.2).
