mbadr Posted August 2, 2012 Share Posted August 2, 2012 We have the same exact issue with the email and the resellerclub modules. For email: the domain name is manually activated but still shows status as pending and when the confirmation email is sent to the customer the expiry date is shown as 00/00/0000 - we need to manually update each and single order! The same applies for resellerclub, the domain name is registered at resellerclub, but in whmcs shows as pending as 00/000/0000 as the expiry. We have reupload the full whmcs folder once again, still the same issue. We opened a ticket #567273 - no reply for the past 5 days....
