bmarker
I have never used the "login to client" because I was able to grab the password from the field and login from a new tab. Now that I can't view the password, due to the new version I need to fix this. Everything seems to work correctly on my server except this feature. I"m assuming it has something to do with "xfer..." link. Where can I edit this? I believe the old documentation says its under "servers" but there isn't such a link anymore that I could find...
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted July 3, 2012 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted July 3, 2012 Hi, If you're referring to the "Login as Client" link on the client's Summary tab, please ensure you are logging into your admin area using the exact URL defined in Setup > General Settings. If for example your WHMCS System URL is set to http://www.example.com/whmcs/, you would need to login to your admin area at http://www.example.com/whmcs/admin. If you login at http://example.com/whmcs/admin this can cause this problem (note the www. was omitted). If you're referring to the "Login to control panel" link under the client's Products/Services tab, specifically with the cPanel module, then you should enter your WHM login details and you'll be logged in to the client's cPanel with reseller privileges.
