Version 5.0 Upgrade

I am now responsible for our WHMCS installation and am trying to decide whether to upgrade or go to a new system. Can you tell me if version 5.0 fixes the following issues (or let me know if our former admin caused these)?

 

- Can it be used with SSL?

- Can a report be generated that lists invoiced sales by item for a date range (not just payments)?

- are there any token based credit card modules that support recurring payments that don't withhold a portion of your sales?

To answer your questions:

 

1. WHMCS always has been and continues to be compatible with SSL.

 

2. There's currently no such report as standard, but you're welcome to create your own: http://docs.whmcs.com/Reports
