Southsound
Greetings all, On my site, if you go to "web hosting" in the top bar and click on any of the webhosting options, it presents you with a page where you can handle you domain needs first. When I enter a domain to register, transfer or simply use with updated DNS, the processing bar comes up and that is as far as it gets. I am running my domain registration through eNom and it set up in the backend properly as far as I can see. What is going on and how do I fix it? With regards, Ron at http://southsoun**osting.com
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted June 7, 2012 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted June 7, 2012 Hi, Please ensure your Setup > General Settings > WHMCS System URL begins "http://" and your WHMCS SSL System URL begins "https://". It looks like they are currently configured incorrectly and causing the problem you're experiencing.
Southsound
Actually, I found the answer. It was in a third-party plugin that I am running in the website. Thanks
alemdag
What plugin was causing it? After installing SSL, it seems that my domain registration process just looping on the initial page with no action. When I disable SSL use, all functions ok. Thanks.
