MaxMind probleme HELP

Hi,

The Phone verification will only take place if the order has a risk score higher than the "Telephone Fraud Score" value you've configured under Setup > Fraud Protection > Maxmind and there is sufficient credit in your Maxmind account.

You can see the fraud score of an order under Orders > List All > Click Order ID.
