indigo Posted June 2, 2012 Share Posted June 2, 2012 Hi, We have a bunch of clients who have also purchased addons - extra space and/or bandwidth billed monthly. Now in case of non payment of these monthly bills, we wanted to suspend the websites. Manual suspension sent them an email about Invoice which was due next year and did not communicate that payment for addon was not received. How can we suspend for non-payment of addons? If not automatic suspension, can the suspension mail have more information?
