WHMCS buy problem

I'm waiting more than week for opportunity to buy Your software. Problem is with VAT number which can't be verified, I have send all needed documents to confirm VAT identity. Customer service is responding very slowly, and now I'm loosing my patience and money waiting for reaction. Is it that difficult to prepare account and invoice for me when You have all data and give me Your paypal address?

Well if they can't verify the VAT number then why not just pay the VAT for now and sort it out later?

I would like to do this, but I can't. Buy form doesn't allow this and support is not responding.

Just leave the vat number field blank and the order will go through.

I see it's been less than 5 hours since the last update to your ticket. A senior member of sales staff will answer your ticket in due course, probably tomorrow now.
