bonnysites.com
Hi all! Thanks for being so willing to help! I have finally gotten whmcs installed on my hostgator reseller plan without any errors. Now I am trying to get into the admin http://www.bonnysites.com/whmcs-script-folder/admin-changed-name/ to set it up, but due to (I guess) .htaccess rewrite rules, I keep getting a 404 page. ..I also have wordpress installed on root folder of main domain. oh, and I did the extra security stuff (except restrict ip) located here: http://docs.whmcs.com/Further_Security_Steps I read the installation instructions, and read up on .htaccess, but I really don't understand it enough to do it myself. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance! Doris
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted May 14, 2012 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted May 14, 2012 Hi, If you temporarily remove the .htaccess file from your Wordpress installation are you able to access the WHMCS admin area? If so then they're interfering with WHMCS so you'd need to work through, find the offending line and replace it.
