JoshDargie Posted May 7, 2012 Share Posted May 7, 2012 Hello, I am trying to develop some PHP Form's that will gather information and in turn create an support ticket within our clients Kayako Install. The PHP Form will of course use a Custom Page based on the WHMCS KB articles (that part is working). However passing specific variables (Customer Name, eMail, Domain Name & Product Type) is becoming problematic for me. What we are looking to do is build custom "Migration Request" forms which will gather the following data: - Client ID * - Customer Name - Customer eMail - Customer Related Domain Name - Customers Related Product * This wouldn't be displayed on the PHP Form but would still pass and display in the email generated. The above would be prefilled similar to how WHMCS Open Ticket works. We would then have a few options for the "Type" & Login Details to gather the remaining sensitive information required. The plan is to have these call from the View Details page under a Management DropDown.
