Daniel Posted July 20, 2007 Share Posted July 20, 2007 Ive just upgraded WHMCS and am giving it a good test. Whenever a support ticket is sent I get an Email alert telling me so but they are not viewable in the admin area. I can see "Active Support Tickets: 2" but clicking on that shows no tickets in the list. Is this a bug? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
