1. Since it's not a known problem with the default template it must be due to what you have done to integrate your header. If you post a link to your page or post the code from the header.tpl here, someone will probably be able to figure out what is wrong.
2. I added the progress bar/breadcrumb that I used on the original order form and allows user to select previous stages. https://www.kintallon.com/clients/order.php
3. It was because of these draconian policies that we decided not to use Google checkout.
4. maybe this is related to the current problem that Paypal are having with subscriptions
5. What is the actual problem is the translation of the text wrong?
6. In supportticketsubmit-steptwo.tpl of the template you are using look for {foreach key=num item=customfield from=$customfields} <tr><td class="fieldarea">{$customfield.name}</td><td>{$customfield.input} {$customfield.required}</td></tr> {/foreach} (might be slightly different code depending on your version of WHMCS) and then you can add the style to the table. The above code is from the portal template v3.3.0 and as you can see it already has a style class.
7. Once you activate it in payment gateways you can change the name to whatever you want.
8. the background color that you are looking for is set in the homepage.tpl file for the template you are using. Just look for bgcolor="#EFF2F9"
9. Are you sure you haven't forgot to put a / at the end of your Server Status Address link for the server?
10. In domainchecker.tpl go to the bottom for this section of code: <table bgcolor="#cccccc" width="450" align="center" cellspacing="1"> <tr bgcolor="#efefef" style="text-align:center;font-weight:bold;"><td>{$LANG.domaintld}</td><td>{$LANG.domainminyears}</td><td>{$LANG.domainsregister}</td><td>{$LANG.domainstransfer}</td><td>{$LANG.domainsrenew}</td></tr> {foreach key=num item=tldpricelist from=$tldpricelist} <tr bgcolor="#ffffff" style="text-align:center;"><td>{$tldpricelist.tld}</td><td>{$tldpricelist.period}</td><td>{$currencysymbol}{$tldpricelist.register} {$currency}</td><td>{$currencysymbol}{$tldpricelist.transfer} {$currency}</td><td>{$currencysymbol}{$tldpricelist.renew} {$currency}</td></tr> {/foreach} </table> just change the bgcolor=" " to what you want
11. I used {$product.pricing.monthly} to do this on my order form to show the monthly price you can use quarterly etc for whatever payment term(s) you want to display https://www.kintallon.com/clients/order.php if you want to see if that's what you are looking for.
12. As said the zip file should have a templates_c and a configuration.php.new the templates_c is not a problem it's just an empty folder so create one if you need to and you are meant to rename the onfiguration.php.new to onfiguration.php for you to instal whmcs.
13. I actually meant using an image set via CSS is what I wasn't sure of I have tried it on my buttons and the image I used showed up fine. Only thing I noticed was when I right clicked on your left side button and chose view background image I couldn't see any image in my browser just a white screen. Doing the same when trying on my own whmcs showed me the image I was using.
14. Still a bit of a CSS newbie but I don't think you can style a submit button using a CSS image try changing the type="submit" to type="image" you may also need to add scr="image.gif"
15. That form input issue is probably more just your browser picking that color. Safari? Its white on my Firefox on windows. As far as the design, i think it does work well with your site, but two suggestions, make sure your logo is clickable and references your sites main home page. Also, rename the portals 'Home' menu references to something like 'Billing' or 'Client Portal' or something like that. A Home link should always go back to the sites homepage, not a scripts home page. Then rename 'Main Nairahost Website' to 'Home'. Again, nice job on changing the color schemes to work with your design. Unless a specific style is applied to form inputs etc then the background will default to the visitors default background colour as set in windows (in my case). Hence I have a blueish background set in windows so the forms show blue and since not everyoine uses white backgrounds in windows it's better coding your web pages to take such things into account if you always want it to look as you would like to every visitor P.S. I was viewing in Firefox and IE7 and both are the same blue background
16. Blends in well with the colors of your site although I would style the form inputs of the client login and search etc to a white background. the background is blue on my browser and it doesn't match the color scheme.
17. Hi Generic the logo's on the 2 url's you posted are similar but unless i'm missing something they are nothing like the logo on http://www.kintallon.com
18. sorry generic what am I supposed to be looking at on that url? The kintallon hosting logo was created by someone else not the page designer.
19. Your right the header image is the same. I bought the design template from http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=623072 last week and first impression on looking at thenynoc.com is that the designs were done by the same designer. Have emailed the designer to ask but my guess is that it is a stock image and that the template I bought was likely part of a few designs put together for thenynoc.com but they went with the other design. PPH - that seems to be the way WHMCS works you have to select domain registration only if you don't want another product added.
20. Hi all Just got a new site design up with some integration/customization of WHMCS and wanted to get any good/bad feedback on the new design and the changes to WHMCS. Website: http://www.kintallon.com WHMCS: http://www.kintallon.com/clients/ All comments appreciated and no offense will be taken
21. In the style.css file for your template look for the style #wrapper and change the line " border: 0; " or similar to " border: 1px solid #000; " if you don't have " border: 0; " then add the " border: 1px solid #000; " this will add a black border round whmcs. Change the #000 to use another color for the border. Don't use the " " in my examples
22. I tried doing that, WHMCS Support area goes blank once I make that change, so its better than nothing . Any comments, more than welcome! Try replacing this line: <td class="navbutton" onmouseover="this.className='navbuttonover';" onmouseout="this.className='navbutton';" onclick="window.location='order.php'">Tutorials</td> with this <td class="navbutton" onmouseover="this.className='navbuttonover';" onmouseout="this.className='navbutton';" onclick="window.location='http://www.totallysupport.com/v1/tutorials.php'">Tutorials</td>
23. Generics comment was actually directed at you not pacwebhosting The contact link at the bottom of your page is broken.
24. Was going to tell you but Matt has updated the v3.2.1 download with the fixes and I had already changed my own files. So I can't compare the files as they are now identical changes were made to the footer.tpl of the default template and to step 1 & 2 of the single page order form. I do know that at least one change to the order form was to the iframe code
25. Matt has now fixed the problem with the single page order form and also with the default template giving the warning using any order form. Anyone wanting the files which Matt changed can download them from here http://www.kintallon.com/ie6_fix.zip Matt if you would rather I didn't make these files available then please edit/delete this post
