  1. Hi, I have plesk control panel, when people purchase and create new accoutn and domain, the system never adds the hostheader www to IIS. so I have to manually add www to the domain. is there a way to automatically have this done? I am not sure if it is a whms or plesk config. any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You Dave
  2. yes I have it going to https://domainname/whmcs and everything else is working fine
  3. Hi, I hope someone can help me here, everytime I try to click on the download invoice as pdf I get this error "cannot access dl.php, file does not exist" But I do see the file there, it looks as though it is trying to pull dl.php from the root of mys site, not where the acctual file is though in my client subdirectory. what config changes do I need to make in order for this to work. everything else seems to be working fine though Thanks Dave
  4. I figured it out, thought id share, I had to put php.exe and php4ts.dll in a scripts directory at the root of the drive cause how plesk installs it puts it in program files directory, and when running the task it didnt like the space in between program and files
  5. hi thanks for everyones input, I just scrathed it and started from the beginning, all I had to do was edit the css file by resizing the id wrapper statement
  6. Hi everyone, just figured this out so I thought id share. I do all my headers in flash. and with ie, when you put a flash object on a site you have to use some javascript so IE doesnt make you click on the object first before using it. so the site looks smooth. well after digging around, this is what you need to do to implement javascript within the smarty templates without messing up the templates do this - you just need to put a literal tag just like below before and after the javascript! my 2 cents, thought I could help someone else out in case they run into the same issue I did {literal} <script language="javascript"> javascript here </script>{/literal}
  7. Hi, I have been bangin my head on this, well anyways, go here - hchosting.net/client/index.php that is a secure url, I just cant use the prefix cause I havent made 15 posts yet well it looks pretty proportional in a 780 pix main table. now click on like kknowledgebase on the left hand side or support tickets or something. and my table goes haywire. I cannot for the life of me, figure out what I should be changing so everythign stays intact. any help is greatly appreciated!!! Thanks Dave
  8. Hi when tryign to create the cron job, or at least do it from the command prompt to make sure it works - I get an error stating no input file specified. I use this - d:/path to php/php.exe -q url to whmcs/admin/cron.php and I get the error stating no input file specified, Please help. version 3.23 server win 2k3 Plesk 8.2 Thank You Dave
  9. Hi, I am using whmcs and I have 3 packages to offer clients, here is an example - purchase this for 100.00 - 60 gig of bandwidth, up to 10 domains etc etc etc. how would I go about setting up the clients and domain templates in plesk so the domain templates dont over exceed what the client buys? like I want them to be able to set up 10 domains but not go over the allocated 60 gig of bandwidth and 10 gig of space I have given them. PLEASE HELP, this is kind of urgent! Thanks Dave
  10. does anyone at all understand what I am saying, or am I not making myself clear as to what I am asking? I have worked on this for 2 days to no avail.
  11. Oh thats because it isnt an image. only the arrows at the left side of the button is an image. the rest of the button is an actual submit button but changed the color scheme and font.
  12. yes you can style a submit button with css, thats how I did my other buttons on the same page on the left hand side. .submitbutton { background: url(images/020.gif) no-repeat 3px 4px #4384be; color: black; font-weight: bold; padding: 1px 5px 3px 10px; text-decoration: none; border: solid #20264f; border-width: 0px 1px 1px 0px; margin: 0px; text-transform: lowercase; } like that, thats how I did the buttons on the left hand side. but this code and assigning the buttons the class submitbutton doesnt take like it should.
  13. no I think you misunderstood, I am not talking about images, I am talking about submit buttons. just look at hchosting.net/client/contact.php see on the left, I have cool looking buttons, but the send message button isnt picking up the css
  14. Hi everyone, I am having some issues working with changing the look and feel of the app. if you go here - hchosting.net/clients/clientarea.php I cant for the life of me change the middle buttons in any of the pages. even if I put <input type="submit" class="submitbutton" within the code, the buttons in the header.tpl take the css fine as you can see on the left hand side. but I cannot change these buttons in the middle. hahaha. pullin my hair out over this. as of right now the site is basically offline till I solve these issues. Dave
