Offer custom download per client

Hi,

 

When a customer purchases a product from us we need to provide them with a custom installer (.exe) to download. We have the code which generates the installer but I'm wondering if and how WHMCS can offer this custom file to the client in the client area - It wouldn't be shown in the downloads area unless it was uploaded with all the public files right?. Is there an easy way to achieve this so each user can download their own custom installer from within the client area?

Hi,

If you need to provide a unique file to each client the Client Files feature is the best way to do this. You upload it via the client's Summary tab in the admin area and they download it from the client area homepage: http://docs.whmcs.com/Client_Management#Client_Files
