GTA
Hi Everyone, Any help would be appreciated. We have setup everything within whmcs but are having a couple of issues. 1. when someone signs up for a hosting package, it sits as pending within whmcs. How does this go to automatic so the customer isn't waiting for what they purchased. This leads to the second question... 2. when a customers purchases the hosting package, they aren't sent a link to their hosting cpanel so again leaving the customer waiting for what they purchased. Any help you can provide would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance. GTA
Sliffer21
Answer 1: Go within all your hosting packages to Module Settings > Fill out the information for the package > At the bottom check the "Automatically setup the product as soon as the first payment is received" option. Answer 2: Go to Setup > Email Templates > Modify The "Hosting Account Welcome Email" And put Control Panel URL: http://{$service_server_ip}:Port/ ***Change "Port" to your cPanel or other control panel port you use.

This is already set in the default welcome template for hosting accounts.
Sliffer21
Then you need to setup you servers and control panel URLS in WHMCS When you do that is should automatically replace it it with cleintsdomain.com:8082 (Thats a cPanel Example) or the default control panel URL
GTA
Thank you for the responses so far. We think we have things setup properly now for the above questions. Another problem we're having is the customers are receiving emails after purchase. We're are we missing how to enable this function so the customer receives emails from the whmcs system? Warmest regards and thanks in advance! GTA

GTA
Oh, I'm so sorry about that. They are NOT receiving emails after purchase at all.
tripler
Do you have the "product type" selected in the product package & using a module for the product? Also what is the product? Just a cPanel/WHM server?
GTA
Yes, the "product type" is (hosting account) and we have the "welcome email" enabled. Under the "module settings/name" we have the (cpanel) selected.
Damo
Check your mail server logs for a start. But if they're supplying an email address that's associated with the domain they're hosting with you then the mail will be delivered to their newly created account - and not to go off-network.
