9DollarDomains
I apologize - this has probably been asked & answered 1000 times, but I was unable to find it no matter what terms I searched with. We had a client renew their domain for 5 years - and that renewal failed with some communication error/glitch with eNom. Normally, when there is one of these oddball ones, we can just manually click renew or manually fix it at eNom, but I wanted to trigger this through WHMCS to make sure there's no problem. So, 1) where in my WHCMS can I see the log of the communication with eNom, and 2) what is the best way to re-trigger the event? Unpay and pay the invoice, or what's best? Thank you.
tripler
I would just manually do it @ enom for your client. Then turn on the testing mode with the module and enom to make sure nothing is broken. I don't think there is a log file for the transactions.
