Sipapu
I can't seem to get the correct key file - I am thinking it is the .pem file - in a directory that matches what I type in the payment gateway activation form. Is the a certain path it needs to be in?
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted July 16, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted July 16, 2007 Hi, Yes, it is the .pem file that you need to enter the path to. It needs to be the full path, for example: /home/username/key.pem Matt

WHC - Travis
Hi, Yes, it is the .pem file that you need to enter the path to. It needs to be the full path, for example: /home/username/key.pem Matt How do I find out what /home/username is on my server???!?!?!?!?!
ndangelo
Travis - From a terminal (such as ssh) you can use the command pwd to 'print working directory' (the directory you are currently in). Similarly, your ftp client should tell you what path your files are located. Be wary though, some jail-shelled environments can cause confusion. This may or may not apply to you. All - Is there a guideline on the permissions for the .pem file? - it seems to necessitate world-readable. that is not an acceptable permission for such a file - did I miss something? Because i am keep getting error: Curl Error: unable to set private key file: '/var/www/linkpoint-cer.pem' type PEM i got the file from linkpoint, did not create it myself. it is just certificate file though...
