Domain check issue

http://yuvalboss.com/whmcs/domainchecker.php is not working, have tried everything. Domain prices are set and enom account set up in whmcs and enom.com. talked to people over the phone and they could not find the problem.

I am having the same issue of domainchecker.php looping back to the same page with no results after a name is checked.

When I try submitting that, I get a 301 redirect to the same page. This is not what I get on my own site (200 OK).
