From the responses here in the forums, you can see that most are fairly happy and find the support responsive. What's more, WHMCS actually has a really nice and active forum community, with some knowledgeable users.

I'll admit that "screwed" might have been overstating it, but I was wondering about the hours and/or if there was plans to get a north american support team in the future.

It does seem like a pretty great app, but I just wanted to make sure I was not replacing a mistake by another (right now I'm using ALP and I can't say I'm a happy camper.

Thanks

I have to say I am pretty new to WHMCS and have asked for numerous support questions. I have always gotten a speedy response.

I will admit it is not like a dedicated support staff that sites there answering tickets every minute, but I find a little patience goes a long way.

With that said, I dont think I ever waited more then 10-12 hours for a response, most noticably sooner, and I find t nice when I am up late, put in a ticket, I get a by the time I get up.

Overall very good support.

Only thing that could improve would be something like an instant chat tech or something....
