jugigi
Hi there, sorry for my begginers question, but i didnt find this in manual. I have linked whmcs with my whm, and it is working. I have alsco created a product, called Basic, and in modules i have chosen cpanel, and entered cpanel hosting package name. But i did not enter quotas for space, bandwidth etc... Will whmcs pull that from server, or i need to do it manually? I have done with importing one account, but when i check product details, i see that all the fileds for disk space, bandwidth, ftp accounts etc., are empty. If i want my users to obey to limits, do i have to enter all package data to whmcs too, even i have imported account from whm, or i am doing something wrong?

bear
in WHMCS you will need to enter all the quotas etc in the module settings of the products as it is this information that WHMCS will send to WHM when an account is set up This isn't correct. http://docs.whmcs.com/CPanel/WHM#Setting_Up_a_cPanel_Package In most cases, you should create a package inside WHM itself (in Packages > Add a Package) and then just enter the Package Name into WHMCS exactly as it appears in WHM (leaving all the other fields blank)
m8internet
This isn't correct That's what I have to do, otherwise I end up with "unknown" product in WHM
easyhosting
That's what I have to do, otherwise I end up with "unknown" product in WHM exactly its the same here if the items are blank it will not work
