Dual-Language WHMCS

Hi there. I'm running WHMCS 5.x, and I would like to have a website that's truly dual-language. I wonder if its best to create a totally new installation of WHMCS for the second language?

Currently I have two languages available at my site, but some things like product descriptions are only in one language and I'd like to fix that.

Thanks! -t

A truly bi-lingual site will detect a user's location and direct them to the proper subsite (/en, /es, /fr, etc)... not sure how you would want to do that with WHMCS though seeing as products being in separate WHMCS installs would require separate client management (not to mention separate licenses).
