Project management add-on client interaction

Hello,

 

Can you tell me please how the project management add-on works with clients? For example if I want a client to be able to login and view their project area comment on tasks upload file etc, can the add-on accommodate this?

On the Project Management add-on, I take it from the docs that a client can work indirectly thru support tickets, with the client area page coming down the road.

 

What I'm very interested in is will the new P.M. add-on work with a Vision support ticket system (configured/installed for that WHMCS of course) instead of the native internal one. Thanks.

Yep exactly, projects can be associated with tickets, and so the idea is that you continue to use the ticketing system for all staff to client communication relating to projects. And a client side overview of projects will then be coming up in an update in due course.

 

The tickets association can only work with the built in help desk though, not a third party one such as Vision.
