tkalfaoglu
Since version 5, I noticed that whmcs has not taken any action against some domains that were due for renewal. I just found one that says EXPIRED, and indeed has an expiration date of 20 Dec 2011, but nothing was done. No automatic bill was sent out, no notification was sent out. It was as if I had checked "disable auto renew" box. This happened a few too many times, and I'm getting worried. What shall I check, and is there a way to have WHMCS re-scan and do the billing for such forgotten domains? Thank you! -turgut
tkalfaoglu
I was just on the phone with someone else, they said the same thing - their domain expired and they got no notifications and no invoice is created.. I selected the domain from the main screen and clicked create invoice and it did it right away.. HELP!
Damo
There's some detail lacking in your posts that may be useful: Which registrar module are using? Was this domain set to use this registrar? Do you use any expiry syncing scripts? What are all the dates listed for on this domain?
