Will Posted January 13, 2012 Share Posted January 13, 2012 Hello there, I updated from v4.5.2 to v5.0.3 and the only issue I have found is that all previous support tickets won't show under our admin area. On the left panels it says the correct information such as Open (0) answered (7) On hold (1) etc, etc but there is nothing in the middle. If I log in as a client I can see their tickets fine. If I create a new ticket then the admin side will display the newly create ticket but not the previous ones from v4.5.2. Any suggestions?
