plusplushosting Posted January 2, 2012 Share Posted January 2, 2012 im not sure if is a bug im tested on different browsers and on none of them is working. In the V4 template in the last 5.0.3 version you have a Support ticket overview blue buttons at the top of the screen, showing the open, closed, etc tickets, it give the sensation that they are buttons to go to each section but if you click on them (cause also is showing the hand as a button) is doing nothing.
