after importing cpanel/whm accounts i cannot change the signup date

after importing accounts from cpanel/whm i am unable to change the signup date. they currently all set as 00/00/0000

 

i have been opening the clients profile, moved to the 'Products/Services' Tab and then click view order link. i then get this error message

 

Order not found... Exiting...

 

I have not run the CRON job at all yet, will this be causing issues.

 

How can i fix this?

not yet, i only just found the support link.

 

i corrected the error by editing the database, if some one need the code i can post ehr (i got it of another user from here),

 

but it still does the no order thing. perhaps when they renew this will dissapear.

I had this issue as well.

 

You can log into your cPanel account and go to Php myadmin.

 

Edit your WHMCS database. You want to edit the table: tblclients. Choose whatever id is the problem, and then just edit it. There is a row for sign up date. Put the date in, save then whmcs will tell you the client signup date.

 

I would back up the database first just in case you do something wrong. This certainly works though I had to do it for a few clients.
