Develio13
Hello, I can't get the domain checker working, it doesn't list any results and when the drop down box appears to select for example, .co.uk, .net, .com etc it is blank with no options to choose. Here is a url showing the problem: https://pixolia.co.uk/service/domainchecker.php?domain=lemonsoup.net What can I do to resolve this issue? Kind Regards, Jordan.
Develio13
Urgh how slow is the support, I'm loosing $$$! So now PayPal isn't working, and nor is the domain checker. If use the "Complete Order" button I get - The link you have used to enter the PayPal system is invalid. Please review the link and try again. - Same for the subscribe button on the invoice. Or if I try the Checkout button on the invoice I get: "We cannot process this transaction because there is a problem with the PayPal email address supplied by the seller. Please contact the seller to resolve the problem. If this payment is for an eBay listing, you can contact the seller via the "Ask Seller a Question" link on the listing page. When you have the correct email address, payment can be made at www.paypal.com." And if I click the pay with PayPal Image on the checkout form, it works. This has lost me over £100.00 in subscriptions due to people leaving without completing their purchase and I'm fuming at the time it takes for you to reply. It's over 30 hours and I need answers ASAP.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted December 23, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted December 23, 2011 If you want a reply from a member of staff please open a support ticket, these forums are for user-to-user support only and the Forum Help & Reports forum is for forum help only per the description. But I can advise you will need to configure your domain pricing first: http://docs.whmcs.com/Domain_Pricing http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a6EApXhERic
