All you do is set your options and when a client signs up to the affiliate system they can get a banner code or link and use it on their own sites. Its all automatic. With regards to wordpress, WHMCS is a standalone script and you can use templates. I personally though use a wordpress script as my sites front end as it gives you allot more options and customization.
