artizhay
Hello, Did a fresh install of WHMCS today but I can't seem to load configgateways.php as it is just a blank page even though the file is 22KB. I read an old article and people said deleting php.ini and/or customgateway.php fixes it but that was back in 2008 and I don't have those files. My install is v5.0.43 or whatever the latest stable version is. I'm on my phone so I don't have that info, sorry. I appreciate any suggestions!
m8internet
Put $display_errors = 'true'; into your configuration.php file and see what it says when you reload the blank page I had the same issue, caused by renaming the old php file and WHMCS picked up the old file instead?!? Lesson learnt, don't just rename them from filename.php to filenameDATE.php but to filenameDATE.php.txt Furthermore, can you safely leave this line in configuration.php or should it be removed once used?
