endreottem Posted December 11, 2011 Share Posted December 11, 2011 Is there a way to change the starting quote number? We use another system today, and our quote numbers go from 1 to 11.000. If we start using WHMCS quote numbers, we would have 11.000 duplicate quote numbers. I've found a way to change invoice numbers, but not quote numbers. It seems that WHMCS for some odd reason uses the database ID numbers as quote number, so you can open the WHMCS database in phpMyAdmin and add a new record to the table tblquotes - just put the number you want to be the last quote number in the ID field, fill out the other mandatory fields and save it. Unfortunately, since they're using the db ID, you can't create quotes with random numbers without doing some programming. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
