Sliffer21
If you haven't already, check your email logs. If its on there then it was accepted by the mail server and sent, so it would be a problem with the clients mail server. I had this problem with Aol.com users.
easyhosting
checked all them and they are not even in their, so for some reason WHMCS is not sending these. resending the welcome email to any client this is not been sent.

easyhosting
i can send mass mails OK, its when a client signs up and the welcome emails ares sent out or if they request their password reset these arent sent. this is the first time i have noticed this EDIT: just checked and the last such email was sent out on 24/11/2011 14:23 which is the same day i upgraded to version 5 which was 24/11/2011 17:34 so it looks like a version 5 bug Edited December 10, 2011 by easyhosting added text
laszlof
Have you tried turning on display_errors? Have you check your web servers error log? I doubt this is a "bug", probably a configuration issue or something specific to your installation, or others would have reported it as well. I'm willing to bet theres a permission issue on one or more of your WHMCS files.
easyhosting
the server error logs dont show anything, yes turned display errors on and nothing showed up. just checked in my beta on my dev licence and it works fine their so it does look like a config/permission problem, but i have checked all these and cant find anything out of the ordinary
easyhosting
sorted WHMCS support traced this to the WHMCS Unsubscribe Link Mod from smarty boots (http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?t=41491) once this was disabled all working fine
zomex
Same issue here, it took WHMCS a long time to track down the issue to the addon code. Not to take away from Simon's work at all. But it would have been good if he notified customers after I sent him an email about this error on the 2nd of this month. Jack
