Thinking about getting rid of Kayako

What are the main benefits to kayako over WHMCS's internal support system? (Basic Kayako)

We're thinking about getting rid of kayako and just using WHMCS since it's an added cost and we don't use a lot of Kayako's features. So, what are the major things (and annoying minor things) that Kayako offers that WHMCS's support system lacks?

Hi There, we were thinking of getting Kayako but only for the following reasons. Remote Assistance software built into their Desktop client, Live Chat, and Turning Live Chats into Support Tickets, but mostly the Remote Assistance. Other than that, we have been using WHMCS for about 2 years and works great and continues to evolve quite quickly. We have not made our mind up yet, but to buy Kayako for $999 USD for 10 agents is cheaper than buying Team Viewer for 10 agents. Good luck!
