(Basic Kayako) We're thinking about getting rid of kayako and just using WHMCS since it's an added cost and we don't use a lot of Kayako's features. Remote Assistance software built into their Desktop client, Live Chat, and Turning Live Chats into Support Tickets, but mostly the Remote Assistance. Other than that, we have been using WHMCS for about 2 years and works great and continues to evolve quite quickly. We have not made our mind up yet, but to buy Kayako for $999 USD for 10 agents is cheaper than buying Team Viewer for 10 agents.
