SEOwhiz
We have a new install and are trying to move some existing (manually invoiced) customers to the recurring billing system. Searched the documentation and forums but could not find an answer. Any direction would be greatly appreciated !
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted November 16, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted November 16, 2011 Here's the relevant documentation: http://docs.whmcs.com/Importing_Data
openmind
I think it might be useful John if that Wiki area was expanded detailing the DB relationships etc for people who may want to write their own script to import from a system not listed under the import scripts... In fact a DB relationship map would be spot on as there are a number of things I would like to develop without breaking the DB!

You can use the API to do this and not have to much around with manually modifying the database. That would be the best method.
openmind
I've worked extensively with the API but I prefer to work directly with the database for some features that are not supported by the API for our own internal systems. Plus it's quicker... Hence the request for a database relationship model...
