Deviance x x
Hi all, I'm busy setting up my WHMCS, but i'm known to have problems comprehending things. My first problem is, I'm using my whmcs for hosting and ADSL. What I want need it to do is charge from whenever a product is ordered, to the 25th. But I need it to send the customer a payment reminder on the 23rd or so, and then again, the 25th and again the 28th telling them that the account will be cancelled on the 30th if payment isn't received. The second thing I want to do (if at all possible) is to setup a username automatically and then have a password field that they can choose for themselves on signup, however, the username has to include the realm. so the username would look something like xxxxxxxx@xtremedsl.co.za Thanks
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted November 14, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted November 14, 2011 Regarding the billing, it sounds like you want to use prorata so refer to http://docs.whmcs.com/Products_and_Services#Prorata_Billing
Deviance x x
Thanks for the reply John, however, selecting pro-rata is correct, but then it adds a charge to the products, which I dont want. Basically atm, its using the anniversary date of ordering the product, IE, 15th-15th, which I dont want. I want it so that if a client signs up on the 15th of November, they pay the full amount for a package, and then get billed on the 25th of December again, as thats when I want payments made. It must however let them know on the 23rd, 25th, and 28th of each month.
