affiliate question

They can request a withdrawal of their affiliate earnings and you can then add it to their account as a credit - they can then pay the invoice with the credit.

So they go to the affiliate page - request a withdrawal (which will open a ticket requesting the amount) - you then go to Client - Manage Affiliates - click the edit button next to their name - then click the Withdrawals History tab - put in the amount then select from the dropdown next to Payout Type: 'Add Amount To Credit Balance'

The client can request an amount be transferred from their affiliate balance to their regular balance once they've logged in to their own client area account.

How they can do it using the client area , I can't see any way to do that .

The customer has a Withdrawn Amount of $114.68 and a "Available to Withdraw Balance" of $ 78.89

He has an Account Credit Balance: $0.00 USD

I want to move $60 to his Account Credit Balance from affiliate earnings .

Should I subtract $60.00 from "Available to Withdraw Balance" and add $60 to Credit Balance using "manage credits" in client profile ?

And after this step on next rebilling the Credit will be automatically used to pay the invoice ?
