tincboy
Hi, There is problem during upgrade products by clients, While it is less than 14 days to the due date and product's invoice already have generated, so if the client go with new upgrade and pay upgrade's invoice, the product's invoice will not adjusted automatically and it will remain with old recurring amount , so... the client will not pay for new upgrades in new period. Would you please let me know, how could I handle this problem? Kind Regards
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted November 2, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted November 2, 2011 Which version of WHMCS are you running? The client shouldn't be able to place the upgrade order if a renewal invoice has already been generated.

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted November 3, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted November 3, 2011 Yup clients definitely shouldn't be able to place an upgrade order if the renewal invoice has already been generated in v 4.5.2. Check your templates are up to date and if the problem persists open a ticket with Admin and FTP login details.

Isn't it better to update the generated invoice with new recrutting amount?
