IPH - Tim Posted November 2, 2011 Share Posted November 2, 2011 Hi All, I'm having a bit of an issue getting WHMCS to connect to the Directi API. I have confirmed that my Domain Registrar details are correct (customer id, username, password etc), but when attempting to modify domain names or view a domain names EPP code, WHMCS doesn't appear to be able to connect to the Directi API to change or view the information. It's probably a setting that I have over looked as I've had it working for a few years now with no issues, but there doesn't appear to be anything obvious that I have missed. Any help? I hadn't yet changed over the modules after Directi discontinued their old API. Once changing this over and adding my servers IP address into the Directi system as per WHMCS documentation, everything is working fine again. Thank you for your assistance John!
