netdynamics Posted October 22, 2011 Share Posted October 22, 2011 Hi there. I am unable to login to the client area. I'm getting passowrd incorrect (tho I don't remember resetting it). I have requested a password reset but I never receive any email with the reset request. In fact I am not receiving any emails from whmcs including invoice notifications. I did receive a password reset request for the forum but not for the client area I'm stumped as to how to get this sorted out. I can't open a support ticket because I can't login to the client area. I've sent emails but have no idea if they are being received because I'm not getting any emails from you.
