Client area: Use existing Card

I'm having an issue (using Paypal Website Payments Pro), when a client goes to pay an invoice via the Client area, and selects the option "Use Existing Card", AND enters their CVV number, the transaction won't process.

 

When using the 'Paypal Reference Transactions' payment module, I get the following error:

"This transaction cannot be processed without a Credit Card Verification number."

 

When using the standard 'Paypal Website Payments Pro' module I get the following error:

"This transaction cannot be processed. Please enter a valid credit card number and type."

 

I have no problem with sign-up transactions - just a problem here.

 

**And please note:

When I select 'Enter New Card Information Below' instead of 'Use existing card', the transaction works fine.

It sounds like you need PayPal support to update you account with the ability to process payments without the CVV as usually the client isn't present for automated renewal payments.
