gazfocus
I wondered if someone could help with this. We recently started offering VPS packages using SolusVM and their WHMCS plugin and when we set the packages up we set the GBP prices and disabled USD prices using -1 in all the boxes. However, last night we had an order come through for a VPS package priced at $0, which was automatically setup due to their being no invoice to pay. We later found that somehow, this client had also managed to order a Cpanel license and a Fantastico license through our BuyCPanel account that's connected to our SolusVM admin. We're just wondering how the client could've done this because as I said, we disabled the USD prices in every package. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. p.s. the order came from China so not sure if that makes a difference?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted September 23, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted September 23, 2011 It isn't possible to disable one currency for certain products as you have experienced. Once a second currency has been activated it's necessary to specify product prices in both currencies.
gazfocus
In the pricing section is says something like 'use -1 to disable' which I've done and when I go through to the client area and try to place an order, I don't get the option for USD so how has this client got that currency? EDIT: I've also tried to delete the USD currency altogether but it says it's in use with clients, but it's not.
