Unable to automate HyperVM VPS provisioning. Help.

Hi.

I tried to follow this instruction page as it described http://docs.whmcs.com/HyperVM but I still couldn't get it to work.

I tested it with a test account. I received a welcome email but I don't see the ip address that should be in the email. I checked the HyperVM cp and I don't see the account created.

Is there some place where I can check my errors in configurations. What I meant is what is the most critical place in the configure that one can easily missed out?

1. I'd like to know which part is a MUST have. In the Adding a HyperVM Server, I have a random name and the server's main ip address, then choose HyperVM and filled in its user/pass.

2. In the Setting up a HyperVM Package, in the plan name, I have it exactly as I have in the HyperVM panel which is just the name such as "standard" without description (do I need to enter the desc? Also several places you mentioned "centos-4-i386-hostinabox23", does that mean do I need to add centos-4-i386-hostinabox23.tar.gz full name?

Finally, some one needs to be very detail on the name on the instruction page.

Thanks for your help.
