ecayer Posted September 20, 2011 Share Posted September 20, 2011 hello, I am getting 500 internal error when trying to view client profile/account in whmcs. I have checked error log and even had my support team look into this issue. There is no sign of what is causing this issue and I was advised to submit a ticket which i did but WHMCS Team thinks its an issue with ioncube. My team has stated that ioncube is working properly and showed info about this "this info was submitted in whmcs support ticket" After 48hrs I am still not able to have this resolved nor do i hear from whmcs team for the past few hours. Is anyone here that has ever experience this issue? I am loosing business and my clients has reported that my system is not working and now all payments are outstanding and there is nothing i can do. WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted September 20, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted September 20, 2011 As advised in the ticket an Internal Server Error is just a generic error message so you'll need to look at your server logs to find out the actual error that's occurring.
