dorag
We've encountered the following problem: When initially signing up for a product some of our users (quite a few every month) abandon checkout at a payment gateway, and then return to their Client Area a few days later and pay the unpaid invoice. What happens then is that the next due date remains 1 month from the registration date, so for the 1st month such user doesn't get a full month of service. How do we overcome this and make the next payment due date be calculated on the basis on the first payment date and not on the basis of registration date? Prorata won't work for our business model. Also, is there a way to change the next due date for a particular product in a particular client's account? (We are new to whmcs and just setting everything up).
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted September 15, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted September 15, 2011 To change the next due date for a particular service you can just change it under the client's Products/Services tab.
dorag
Probably a stupid question, but will it affect all the following due dates too? So, if I changed the next due date manually from Sept 1 to Sept 7, will the following due dates automatically change to Oct 7, Nov 7, Dec 7 etc?
