Need help with "Automation" and Pricing

Thank you in advanced for your help:

 

- I would like to know if it's possible to make it so if someone buys a server from me, the box doesn't create it automatically

 

- I would also like to know if I am selling gameservers with different amounts of slots if it is possible to up or lower the price according to the amounts of slots they chose. I would like to know if I could make a Drop-Down box with the numbers 1-20 and if someone chose different numbers the price would higher.

 

I need this answered ASAP.

 

I want to finish the website today and get the company going.
