wipeout
Hi, I have just tried to use the knowledge base in WHMCS.. I created a category and and article but when I try and access either from the client portal I get a 404 error.. It looks like its trying to find files on the file system but these don't exist because they are in the database.. Any help appreciated.. TIA

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted September 12, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted September 12, 2011 No sorry, but you can re-download the WHMCS zip files from our client area and it's contained in there.
