Before the switch over to the resellerclub clients were only being notified via WHMCS for any domain renewals etc.

After the switch clients are being sent a email via resellerclub to renew their domains. And within the email is a link to access resellerclub and of course they cannot log into that area. It is very confusing to my clients since they are used to only dealing via WHMCS. is there any way to change that so clients do not receive those emails

 

Also when any new domains are registered and or transferred, that customer from WHMCS becomes a customer in the resellerclub. I am a little bit confused on why they need to be a customer in resellerclub when all business should be completed via WHMCS without the customers knowledge any other area IE resellerclub.
