addison711
Hello, I finally figure out how to enable Sub domain registration(1). WHMCS create a account for the sub domain on CPanel. But when i type the Sub Domain on address bar its a invalid address (goes to some genaral page from my ISP). Problem for this is, even though WHMCS setup everything on CPanel it does not create an A record under the main domain or does not create a sub domain 1. WHMCS register a subdomain on WHMCS, it does not create a sub domain on domain register or on CPanel Can anyone help to resolve this.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted September 6, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted September 6, 2011 WHMCS just sends the "Create" command to cPanel and provides the subdomain the client specified as the Domain value. If the relevant DNS entries aren't being made I suspect that's a cPanel issue.
