HostinPK Posted September 4, 2011 Share Posted September 4, 2011 I tried to create a support ticket for my customer and I had to send him a zip file but I recieved blank page after some time. I go to log and saw this line. "Email Sending Failed - Could not access file: /home/username/whmcsdatadirectory/attachments/406121_filename.zip (User ID: 236 - Subject: [Ticket ID: 810888]ticket subject " Can anyone point that where I am wrong? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
