Blank page while creating ticket from admin area

I tried to create a support ticket for my customer and I had to send him a zip file but I recieved blank page after some time. I go to log and saw this line.

"Email Sending Failed - Could not access file: /home/username/whmcsdatadirectory/attachments/406121_filename.zip (User ID: 236 - Subject: [Ticket ID: 810888]ticket subject "

 

Can anyone point that where I am wrong?
