BrentC-Infinitie
I have a client who has a wildcard SSL on their server which has been configured for a subdomain of their domain. They want this subdomain to act as a portal to their WHMCS like so, https://clientarea.domainname.com, however when they enter this, the URL redirects to http://domainname.com/whmcs/index.php, which is technically the page they want to see, but their SSL (https://) secured page and URL change. I ensured the SSL was configured correctly through cPanel support, and they have directed me to review settings within WHMCS to set this up or allow this. Does anyone have any ideas?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted September 5, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted September 5, 2011 It sounds like the Setup > General Settings > WHMCS System URLs need updating.
